The Ohr Zarua Beis Hora'ah in the Old City of Tzfat answers sheilos every day, free of charge, in English and Hebrew: taharas mishpacha, business halacha and ribbis, heter iska, partnerships and contracts, and the questions of everyday Jewish life. Nobody is ever charged for a sheilah. The beis hora'ah runs on its partners.
A partnership of $100 a month keeps a rav available for the people who need one, and brings you into the weekly shiur and the partners group.
One hundred partners at $100 a month let the beis hora'ah add a second rav, so no sheilah waits.
A rav available full-time for sheilos, every day, without a fee. A rebbetzin or secretary to receive and sort the questions so nothing is missed. Recordings of the shiurim. And, when the partners reach one hundred, a second rav.
The weekly live shiur with Rav Rom Tuvia Leibner, with recordings for those who miss it. The small partners group on WhatsApp. A monthly beis hora'ah update: how many sheilos came in, one story (with no names), one thing the Rav is learning, and what the partners made possible that month.
Held live, online, once a week. Day, time and link are announced in the partners group. Once a month a shiur is opened to the whole community; the rest of the month it is for partners.

Rav Rom Tuvia Leibner sits in the Ohr Zarua Beis Hora'ah in the Old City of Tzfat, right off Simtat Beit Yosef, next door to the house where the Beit Yosef lived, between the galleries and the Abuhav shul. He receives every sheilah personally, learns it through with the sources, and brings complex matters, business and ribbis questions in particular, to the senior rabbanim and dayanim he learned under before answering. He continues his own learning toward dayanus alongside the beis hora'ah's work.
Separately from the partnership, the beis hora'ah takes on fee-based halachic work: drafting a heter iska, reviewing a contract or partnership agreement for halachic issues, preparing for or consulting on a din Torah, and private chavrusa hours in Choshen Mishpat.
