The Ohr Zarua Beis Hora'ah is building a serious halachic address for frum business owners worldwide: a Rav who receives your question personally, learns it through with the sources, and stays with it until you have an answer you can act on. A real relationship, not a ticket number.
Who answers, and how. Rav Rom Tuvia Leibner receives every question personally, and he does not work alone. Every question is taken seriously and learned through properly with the sources. Complex or high-stakes matters, business and ribbis questions in particular, are brought to the senior rabbanim and dayanim he learned under before an answer is given. You receive an answer that has been worked through and checked by more than one set of eyes, not a guess.
The direction is deliberate. The Beis Hora'ah is being built, step by step and with the right people, toward a Beis Din for Choshen Mishpat serving the English-speaking world, in Tzfat.
