Every question is received personally by Rav Rom Tuvia Leibner and treated with total discretion. Straightforward matters are answered directly. Complex or high-stakes matters are reviewed carefully, with sources — and where a matter warrants it, together with senior Dayanim.

Business owners and executives often carry their hardest questions alone. Some matters need more than a ruling — they need a standing relationship with a Rav who knows you, your business, and the halachic terrain you operate in.
For a small number of business people, the Rav maintains a weekly private learning seder — practical Choshen Mishpat, business ethics, and the inner dimension of wealth and responsibility — together with direct access when a question arises in the middle of a decision. These arrangements are deliberately limited, to protect the Rav's own morning learning, and are discussed personally.

No. This is a Bais Hora'ah — an address for halachic questions and guidance. Where a matter requires a formal ruling between parties, the Rav will say so plainly and help direct it properly, in consultation with senior Dayanim.
